Upon enrollment and payment confirmation, students will receive access credentials for the AMTIOG LMS. Course access is provided for a defined duration (as mentioned on the course page). Extensions may be available upon request or special offers.

You agree not to share your login details or account access with others. Doing so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change due to offers or platform updates.

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Pay the full course fee as listed or as agreed during enrollment.
  • Understand that fees are non-refundable except under conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

All content — including lessons, videos, assignments, templates, and AI-powered tools — are intellectual property of AMTIOG Academy. You are granted a non-transferable, limited license to access materials solely for your personal learning.

Certificates are issued digitally after successful course completion and evaluation. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or sharing of course material is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

As an AMTIOG learner, you agree to maintain professionalism and respect toward:

  • Trainers, mentors, and staff
  • Fellow learners and online communities
  • All AMTIOG digital spaces (forums, sessions, chats)

Abusive behavior, plagiarism, misuse of materials, or disruption of classes can lead to immediate removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, designs, and learning resources are owned or licensed by AMTIOG Academy. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

AI-generated assets created during your course remain your intellectual property, but course frameworks and branded templates belong to AMTIOG.

8. Limitation of Liability

AMTIOG strives for accurate and up-to-date course content but does not guarantee specific job placement or income results.

We are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues beyond our control (internet, system errors, etc.)
  • Third-party services used (payment gateways, AI tools, etc.)
  • Student misuse or non-completion of courses

Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total course fee paid.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:
