AMTIOG Academy - Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to AMTIOG Academy (Artificial Modern Technical Information of Glob) — India's next-generation online skill academy for Digital Marketing, AI, and Technology courses. We value your trust and are fully committed to providing a transparent, fair, and student-first refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to all online courses, bundles, live programs, and EMI-based enrollments made directly on www.amtiog.com or through authorized AMTIOG partners.

1. Our Refund Commitment

At AMTIOG Academy, we deliver practical, industry-ready, and project-driven education, not just theory. Because our programs include instant access to digital materials, live classes, toolkits, and community, refunds are limited but processed fairly and transparently in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same course
  • Technical issue preventing course access (unresolved for 7+ working days)
  • Batch postponed/cancelled by AMTIOG for 30+ days without alternate schedule
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or personal schedule issues
  • Discontinuation after course access or live class participation
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations
  • Failure to complete assignments or attend classes
  • Misconduct or violation of AMTIOG student policies

Note: Once your LMS access or live session begins, the course is considered “activated” and is non-refundable.

3. Course Transfer or Batch Change

Students may reschedule or transfer to another AMTIOG course within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval and seat availability.

  • Only one transfer request per enrollment is allowed.
  • If the new course fee is higher, the student must pay the difference.
4. Refund Method & Timelines
  • All approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment only.
  • EMI/Loan-based payments follow the refund policy of the financing partner.
5. Partner & Affiliate Enrollments

If you enrolled through an authorized AMTIOG Partner, Affiliate, or Campus Collaborator, your refund will still be processed only by AMTIOG Academy's finance team.

Affiliate commissions or partner bonuses are non-refundable once the admission is confirmed.
